The receiver is wonderfully simple and very ergonomically sound. The easy access menu is all about the channels and the scan. Both of which operate effortlessly and will be an asset when you find yourself under the gun to change channels.
The sound quality of the system is tremendous. The bench mark today seems to be sounding like a hardwire.
The Zaxcom Stereo ENG Wireless is extremely well thought out with superb sound quality and functionality. Only time will tell the story of the durability aspect of the system but I am looking forward to finding out. It will be exciting to see the continued evolution of the stereo link as well as what Zaxcom has in store for the future.
The current RF configuration in my bag is Lectrosonic 411's with the Zaxcom Stereo link to camera. This is a combination that I am quite happy with.
UPDATE - 13 March 2007
When you do have a problem with the gtransmition you lose both channels of audio effectively negating any thoughts of reduncent backup. I learned this the hard way!
